There isn't good communication with all the departments at my present employer. I am looking for a way to integrate the departments. Any ideas would be very helpful. One basic option is to assign 1 person from each department as a department liaison who will all get together to discuss any interdepartmental and/or company issues that need to be addressed. All the department liaisons would meet once a month or once a week if needed. If the departments are large, you could assign two department liaisons per department. I personally think that they do. If you notice on the FAFSA they ask for a lot of information regarding parents income, tax information, and assets. I think that the financial aid system is challenging because they are trying to be fair with determining what each student/family should get but they really don't take into consideration or have a fair assessment of what each family can contribute based on the information that they gather. There are many situations where parents will say that they aren't supporting their children or providing financial assistance in any way and they will refuse to provide the information which makes it difficult for the child to obtain financial aid. I think that they like to know what type of assets a family… [cont.] Answered by BlueFaith25 - Tue Feb 3 08:36:30 2009 Why do all police departments ask if I have applied to other police department before?
